4. MAINTENANCE, CLEANING AND CARE

• Make sure that all bolts / nuts are correctly tightened after assembly and before use.
• Clean the unit regularly with a slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent. Do not
use any solvents to clean the unit.
This is especially important for grips a these parts are in constant contact with parts
of your body during training.
• The axles of all moving parts must be greased every 1 to 2 years. You can use an
off-the-shelf grease to do so.

5. NOTES ON DISPOSAL

Packaging materials are raw materials and can be recycled.
Separate the packaging materials correctly and dispose of them properly
in the interest of the environment. Your local administration can provide
additional information.
Used devices do not belong in household waste!
