The oven offers a wide range of alternatives which allow you to cook any type of food in the best
possible way. With time you will learn to make the best use of this versatile cooking appliance
and the following directions are only a guideline which may be varied according to your own

Conventional
cooking
The temperature can be set within the range of 50-250°C in
5°C increments. The default temperature is 220°C.

Uses both the grill and the top heating elements to brown food.
Use the higher shelves for the smallest items and the lower
shelves for the largest items.
Double grill
The temperature can be set at 180°C, 210°C and 240°C
in 5°C increments. The default temperature is 210°C.
Uses the grill, upper element and fan for rapid browning of
meat and maximising retention of the internal juices. Use for

The temperature can be set at 180°C, 210°C and 240°C
in 5°C increments. The default temperature is 210°C
Uses a heating element around the fan to improve heat
circulation. Use for cakes, pastries and roasting meat. No pre-

heating is necessary.

Important: Before use, ensure you remove all accessories
from the oven including the grill, trivet and side ladders.
Pyrolytic
This is used for high temperature cleaning of the oven and
cleaning
when selected, "PyR" is displayed. The default temperature
is 450°C.
The timer can be set to 1.30 or 2:00 hours.
Similar to the Conventional cooking with fan, this is a
gentler more energy efficient option for roasting meats and
baking bread.
The temperature can be set within the range of 50-250°C in 5°C
