 Begin by removing the 2 bolts shown in picture 1 securing the mud-flap to the rear fender using a
Phillips head screwdriver, while holding the securing nuts arrowed in picture 2 with a 10mm
spanner.
 Remove the 2 bolts shown in picture 2 using an 8mm socket, then remove the mud-flap from the
fender.
 Carefully lift the tail bracket block away from the fender, ensuring to disconnect the 3 wiring
connectors shown in picture 3, noting the routing of the wires.
 Remove the pair of bolts securing the original licence plate bracket to the block using an 8mm
socket and 10mm spanner, as shown in picture 4, then remove the bracket.
 Remove the nuts securing the original tail light to the block using a 10mm spanner, as shown in
picture 5, then remove the light.
