FITTING INSTRUCTIONS


To fit the R&G tail tidy, remove the pillion seat or rear hump using the key.

Lift the rubber mounted electrical block off its plastic steaks to gain access to the white connector
block for the rear indicators & tail light. Once accessed, disconnect this connector, as shown in
picture 1.

On the underside of the OEM licence bracket hanger, remove the plastic cap to gain access to the
rearward mounting bolt, as shown in picture 2.

Remove the bolt using a Philips screwdriver, as shown in picture 3.

Remove the two remaining bolts that support the OEM licence plate hanger, as shown in picture 4.
Support the hanger whilst removing the bolt and feed the cables out of the hole to allow the hanger
to be removed from the bike, as shown in picture 5.

Take the licence plate bracket (item 5 – TB0183 Part 2) and fit the R&G license plate illuminator
(item 6) to the assembly, as shown in picture 6. Use a small amount of superglue to stick the light
shroud in position. Fit one length of heatshrink to the wires and tighten the nuts on the rear, as
shown in picture 7.
