Questo manuale è relativo all'attuatore APRIMATIC AT60-
AT62-AT64.
– Il sistema oleodinamico della serie AT è dedicato alla
manutenzione di sbarre per la gestione degli accessi
in parcheggi ed aree private. Esso consente il movi-
mento della sbarra in modo armonico e regolare gra-
zie ad un dispositivo di equilibratura a molle elicoidali
che lo rende silenzioso economico ed affidabile.
– La presenza di un doppio blocco idraulico consente
una stabile sosta della barriera in qualsiasi posizione:
aperta, chiusa e tutte le intermedie.
– In caso di interruzione dell'energia elettrica un sem-
plice sistema di sblocco permetterà la movimenta-
zione manuale e, volendo, il ribloccaggio della barra
nella posizione desiderata.
– La sicurezza antischiacciamento è garantita da una
sensibile coppia di valvole by-pass che assicurano
l'immediato arresto della barriera al minimo contatto
con un ostacolo.
– Le sbarre Aprimatic sono realizzate in leggero e robu-
sto alluminio, verniciate di bianco , a caldo, quindi rifi-
nite con strisce catarifrangenti rosse per garantire la
massima visibilità in qualsiasi condizione di luce.

This manual relates to the APRIMATIC AT60-AT62-
AT64 operator.
– The AT series hydraulic system is dedicated to the main-
tenance of beams for controlling access to car parks and
private entrances. It allows for smooth and regular
movement of the beam, thanks to a helical spring bal-
ancing device. It is silent, economic and reliable.
– The presence of a double hydraulic block means
the beam can rest in any position: open, closed and
all positions in between.
– If the electric power supply is cut off, a simple release
system allows the beam to be moved manually and,
if necessary, the beam can be blocked in the required
position.
– The anti-crush safety system is guaranteed by a sensi-
tive by-pass valve pair which stop the beam immedi-
ately as soon as it comes into contact with any obstacle.
– The Aprimatic barriers are manufactured in light,
robust aluminium, white, stove-enamelled, and then
finished with red reflector stripes to guarantee maxi-
mum visibility in all light conditions.

– Le système oléohydraulique de la série AT a comme
fonction d'actionner les lisses de barrière pour par-
kings et passages privés. Il transmet à la lisse un
mouvement harmonieux et régulier grâce à un dispo-
sitif d'équilibrage à ressorts hélicoïdaux qui le rend
silencieux, économique et fiable.
DESCRIZIONE GENERALE
– Particolari ed esclusivi trattamenti di verniciatura
delle parti strutturali ed esterne rendono il sistema
resistente a qualsiasi aggressione ambientale ed
atmosferica.
– I vari modelli del sistema, studiati per rispondere ad
ogni specifica necessità di installazione e soddisfare
anche gli utenti più esigenti sono i seguenti:
AT60 è indicato per azionare, ove non sia richiesto un
uso continuo, barriere di notevole lunghezza (da 4,5 a
6,5 metri), impiegando circa 11 secondi per raggiun-
gere la massima apertura.
AT62 è indicato per azionare in modo intensivo bar-
riere di lunghezza limitata (fino a 2,5 metri). Tale
modello impiega infatti 2 secondi per raggiungere la
massima apertura e quindi è particolarmente indicato
per parcheggi, centri commerciali ed industrie.
AT64 è indicato per azionare in modo intensivo bar-
riere di lunghezza media (fino a 4,5 metri). Tale
modello impiega infatti 5 secondi per raggiungere la
massima apertura e quindi è particolarmente indicato
per condomini, camping, industrie. Inoltre con l'appli-
cazione della barriera snodata il sistema è di facile
utilizzo anche in ambienti chiusi e garage.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
– Special and exclusive treatment of the structural
and external parts ensure that the system is resistant
to all environmental and atmospheric conditions.
– The various system models, designed to meet all
specific installation requirements and to satisfy the
needs of the most demanding users, are as follows:
AT60 is recommended to control long beams (from
4.5 to 6.5 metres), when continuous use is not
required. It takes approximately 11 seconds to fully
open the beam.
AT62 is recommended to control short beams (up to 2.5
metres) for intensive use. This model takes only 2 sec-
onds to fully open the beam. Therefore, this model is
ideal for car parks, shopping centres and industrial areas.
AT64 is recommended to control medium-length
beams (up to 4.5 metres) for intensive use. This
model takes 5 seconds to fully open the beam. There-
fore, this model is ideal for condominiums, camping
sites and industrial areas. Furthermore, with the appli-
cation of the articulated beam, the system can easily
be used in closed areas and garages.
DESCRIPTION GENERALE
– Un double verrouillage hydraulique permet à la lisse
de marquer un arrêt quelle que soit sa position: ouverte,
fermée ainsi que tous les états intermédiaires.
– En cas d'interruption de l'énergie électrique, un sim-
ple système de déverrouillage permettra d'action-
ner manuellement la lisse, ou encore, de la verrouiller
une nouvelle fois dans la position souhaitée.
– La sécurité anti-écrasement est garantie par deux
valves by-pass sensibles qui provoquent l'arrêt
immédiat dès le moindre contact avec un obstacle.
– Les lisses Aprimatic sont en aluminium robuste et
léger, bicolore, laquée s à chaud en blanc, et bandes
