SECTION 13 FAQ
Q: The tool's system stops/freezes when reading data
stream. What should I do?
A: This may happen due to a loose connector. Please unplug
the connector and plug it in again.
Q: Why does the screen flash during ignition?
A: This may occur by electromagnetic interference, which is
normal.
Q: Why are there so many fault codes showing up?
A: This can happen if you have a poor connection or a
ground fault.
Q: Why can't I erase the DTCs?
A: Ensure that the malfunction related to the DTCs has been
properly fixed. Then, switch off the ignition. Wait for 1 to
3 minutes and start the vehicle. Try to run "Read Codes"

be erased after you follow all of these steps.
