Daily (Every 8 working hours)
Hydraulic Fluid: Check level of hydraulic oil in the tank
(A Fig.34B). The level of oil should be maintained so it
is visible in the bottom of the filter basket. Top up if
necessary with Shell Tellus 46 to correct level.
Weekly (Every 40 working hours)
1. Lubricate the following points using Shell Darina R2
grease.
(a)
Lift arm pivots front (A Fig.28).
(b)
Lift arm pivots rear (A Fig.29).
(c)
Cutting unit pivots front (H Fig.30).
(d)
Cutting unit pivot rear (A Fig.31).
(c)
Rear axle centre pivot (A Fig.32).
(d)
Brake Cables (A Fig. 34A)
When Gauge Indicates or Every 400 Working
hours
Change hydraulic filter: Remove return line oil filter
canister (A Fig.33) and discard, replace with new one.
Remove suction line filter canister (A Fig.34), replace
element and reassemble.
