3. Description
The Mobifor fall-arrest safety system is a portable
mansafe fall-arrest anchor point. The system is fast and
easy to set up. One of its main advantages is that it is
manually transportable when disassembled, with all of
the parts of the anchor system having a weight of less
than 22 kg. The system can be set up on a roof or
terrace with no need for drilling into the roof covering,
thus reducing the risk of leaks and the need for
additional maintenance.
The Mobifor fall-arrest system can be used on PVC and
asphalt and gravel type waterproofing in accordance
with the requirements of directive 1907/2006/CE and
standard ISO11014-1, and with EPDM roof coverings
(100% vulcanised synthetic rubber made of Ethylen-
Propylen-Diene Monomer rubber with two sheets
standard mixture) at inclinations of less than 5°.
The Mobifor anchor system is certified per standard
EN 795 class E dated 1996 as a deadman anchor point
for use by 1 person only.
