Equipment specification
Stable steel design, powder finishing. Heavy wheels with
polyurethane tread, 2 swivel wheels with brake, 2 fixed wheels.
Comfortable load lifting using a pedal, continuous table
lowering with a lever in the guide handle. Retractable guide
handle for saving space.

Use as designated
Loads not exceeding the maximum weight may only be
transported. No persons or animals may be transported.
The equipment cannot be used for works other than for which
the equipment has been designed and that are specified in the
Operating Instructions.
Any other use is a use in conflict with the designation. The
manufacturer will not be liable for any consequential damage
and injuries. Please be sure to know that the equipment has not
been designed for industrial purposes.
Operator requirements
The operator must carefully read the Operating Instructions
before using the equipment.
Qualification
No special qualification is necessary for using the equipment
apart from detailed instruction by an expert.
Training
Using the equipment only requires appropriate instructions by a
professional or reading the Operating Instructions. No special
training necessary.

General safety instructions
Read carefully these Operating Instructions. Familiarise with the
controls and proper use of the equipment. Keep the Operating
Instructions for future reference. The warning plates and labels
with instructions attached to the equipment provide important
information on safe operation.
Safe work
Keep the place of your work clean!
Any mess in the place of your work may result in injuries.
Consider the environment influences!
Do not expose the equipment to rain.
Do not use the equipment in a moist or wet environment.
Provide adequate lighting.
Keep other persons in a safe distance!
Keep other persons, especially children, in a safe distance from
the place of your work.
Store the equipment properly!
Equipment that is not being used must be kept in a dry and locked
place, inaccessible to children.
Use the right equipment!
Do not use the equipment for purposes for which it has not been
designed.
Take care of your equipment!
Comply with the servicing regulations and instructions.
Keep the handles dry, with no oil and grease.
Be careful!
Pay attention to what you are doing. Work reasonably. Do not use
the equipment when you are tired.
Have your equipment repaired by an expert only!
This equipment meets the applicable safety provisions. Any
repairs may only be executed by an expert, using original spare
parts; otherwise, the user could face a risk of injury.
Children and persons not familiarised with the equipment and
persons with limited physical, sensory and mental skills must not
use the equipment.
Equipment-specific safety instructions
In any case, the lift table must not be overloaded.
Persons must not be transported and climb the table.
Caution – hands and feet must not get under the table (risk of
getting jammed).
Secure the trolley with brake at all times.
Distribute the load evenly and safely along the entire table.
Do not move the trolley when loading and unloading.
The lift table may only be used on smooth and level surfaces. Do
not try to run over gravel or climb the stairs.
If possible, the equipment must always be loaded in a lowered
state as the inbuilt safety valve can only respond when lifting.
Damage may result if the trolley is loaded when lifted.
At all times, move the trolley slowly and carefully when loaded.
Impacts may result in safety valve response and subsequent load
collapsing.
Assembly
The mobile lift table is supplied in assembled state.
Before putting the equipment into operation
•
Check all moving parts for any deformation and dirt.
•
Check the brakes and wheel if functioning and if not
worn out.
•
Check the hydraulic system for any oil leakage.
