Type 8400
meaning
Read error: the process is stopped.
The calibration data is lost.
Write error: the process is stopped.
The calibration parameters cannot be saved.
Menu read error: the process is not stopped.
The calibration parameters cannot be accessed.
The 8400 no longer measures the temperature cor-
rectly: the process is stopped.
The connection with the Pt100 sensor is lost.
The fluid temperature is outside the range permitted
( T° ≤ -50 °C / -58 °F, or ≥ +170 °C / +338 °F)
What to do

Press the ENTER key to go back to Read mode.
The device uses the default configuration.

Reconfigure the device (see chap.
