Stop the circulation of fluid and depressurize the pipes before
loosening the process connections.

Respect the regulations on accident prevention and safety relat-
ing to the use of aggressive fluids.

Choose a standard G 1/2", NPT 1/2" or Rc 1/2" connection
(depending on the port connection of your device) to install the
device onto the pipe.
Always ensure a watertight seal between the device and
the pipe by following the instructions below.

Install the connection on the pipe according to the installation
instructions provided with the connection.
→
For versions with G 1/2'' port con-
nection, ensure that the O-ring is in
place on the device.
→
Replace it if necessary.

do not use its housing to screw the device onto the
pipe.

Using an appropriate tool, screw the device
into the connection.

When repositioning the housing, do not unscrew the
metal part of the device from the pipe.

After positioning the housing, put the cover
back in its initial position.
