WARNING :
Turn OFF the power before start-
ing the work so as to prevent
accidents caused by abrupt start
of the sewing machine.
When sewing velvet or the like which is
fluffy, slippage of material or damage of
material is reduced by using screw 1
for presser foot micro-lifting. Lower the
presser foot and set the state that the
feed dog is lower than the throat plate.
Gradually tighten screw 1 for presser
foot micro-lifting in the state that nut 2
is loosened, finely adjust the position
of the presser foot until it matches the
material, and fix it with nut 2 .
(Caution) When the presser foot
micro-lifting mechanism is
not used, adjust the height of
screw 1 so that it is higher by
approximately 9 mm than the
sewing machine. If the sewing
machine is operated in the state
that the micro-lifting mechanism
is working, sufficient feed force
cannot be obtained.

For DDL-9000A, the presser foot
micro-lifting mechanism is provided
as standard. When it is frequently
used, however, it is convenient to use
the micro-lifting device (separately
available) which can be adjusted
without using tools.

注意 :
为了防止缝纫机的意外起动 , 请
关掉电源之后再进行操作。
缝制丝绒等起毛性素材时 , 使用
微量压脚提升螺丝 1 功能就可
以不使素材缝偏 , 减轻素材的损
伤。下降压脚，设定为送布压下
降到针板下面的状态。在拧松螺
母 2 的状态 , 一点一点拧紧微量
压脚提升螺丝 1 , 调整到适合素
材的让压脚微量上升的位置 , 然
后用螺母 2 固定。
( 注意 ) 微量压脚提升机构不使
用时 , 请把螺丝 1 的高度调整
到比缝纫机高约 9mm 的位置。
微量压脚提升机构提升后缝纫
机的送布能力会减弱。
DDL-9000A 缝纫机上标准装备有
微量压脚提升机构 , 使用本装置
后 , 不 用 工 具 就 可 以 进 行 调 整 ,
需要频繁调整时十分方便。

WARNUNG :
Schalten Sie vor Beginn der Arbeit
die Stromversorgung aus, um durch
plötzliches Anlaufen der Nähmaschine
verursachte Unfälle zu verhüten.
Beim Nähen von Samt oder ähnlichen
flauschigen Stoffen, kann Stoffschlupf
oder Beschädigung des Nähguts mit
Hilfe der Schraube 1 für Nähfuß-
Mikrolüftung reduziert werden.
Den Nähfuß absenken, und den
Zustand herstellen, in dem der
Transporteur unter der Stichplatte liegt.
Die Schraube 1 für Nähfuß-Mikrohub bei
gelöster Mutter 2 allmählich anziehen,
die Position des Nähfußes fein einstellen,
bis sie mit dem Stoff übereinstimmt, und
die Mutter 2 anziehen.
(Vorsicht) Wenn der Nähfuß-
Mikroliftmechanismus nicht
benutzt wird, ist die Höhe der
Schraube 1 so einzustellen,
daß sie um etwa 9 mm über
die Nähmaschine ragt. Wird
die Nähmaschine bei aktiviertem
Mikroliftmechanismus betrieben,
wird keine ausreichende
Transportkraft erhalten.
Das Modell DDL-9000A ist
standardmäßig mit dem Nähfuß-
Mikrohubmechanismus ausgestattet.
Bei häufigem Gebrauch ist jedoch die
Verwendung der Mikrohubvorrichtung
(getrennt erhältlich), die ohne
Werkzeuge eingestellt werden kann,
zweckmäßig.

AVERTISSEMENT :
Couper l'alimentation de la machine
(position OFF) avant de commencer l'
opération afin de prévenir les acci-
dents éventuels causés par un démar-
rage soudain de la machine à coudre.
Lorsqu'on utilise un tissu pelucheux
comme le velours, on peut réduire le
glissement du tissu ou les dommages
au tissu en utilisant la vis 1 pour
le relevage micrométrique du pied
presseur. Abaisser le pied presseur
et positionner la griffe d'entraînement
plus bas que la plaque à aiguille.
Serrer progressivement la vis 1 pour
le micro-levage du pied presseur avec
l'écrou 2 desserré, régler finement la
position du pied presseur en fonction
du tissu et le fixer avec l'écrou 2 .
(Attention) Lorsque le mécanisme
de relevage micrométrique du
tissu n'est pas utilisé, régler la
hauteur de la vis 1 de sorte qu'
elle soit supérieure d'environ
9 mm à la machine à coudre.
Si l'on utilise la machine avec
le mécanisme de relevage
micrométrique activé, la force d'
entraînement sera insuffisante.

Pour la DDL-9000A, le mécanisme
de micro-levage de pied presseur
équipe la machine en standard. Si son
utilisation est fréquente, il sera toutefois
plus commode d'utiliser le dispositif de
micro-levage (disponible séparément)
qui peut être réglé sans outil.
