> Do not immerse flange resp. drive into the cleaning agent.
> When using flammable cleaning agents, comply with safety instructions as to
explosion-proof equipment.
> When conveying food, disassemble the pump into its individual components and
clean them with appropriate cleaning agents and tools (brush). Thoroughly rinse
each component after cleaning and sterilize them, if necessary.
> After each operation with sticky or self-hardening products, the pump should be flushed
with a suitable cleaning agent. The pump should then be dismantled and the mechani-
cal seal carefully cleaned.
