Operation
Cooking time or core temperature
1. Select either "cooking time" or "core temperature"
using the knob.
2. Press knob to confi rm selection.
Example, if a user selects "cooking time" function and then
selects "core temperature", the fi rst function is cancelled.
3. To modify value selected ("cooking time" or
"core temperature"), turn the knob until the value
required is displayed.
4. Press knob to confi rm selected value.
Percentage humidity or steam vent percentage
1. Select "percentage humidity" or "steam vent
percentage" using the knob.
2. Press knob to confi rm selection.
3. To modify value selected ("percentage humidity"
or "steam vent percentage"), turn the knob until
the value required is displayed.
4. Press knob to confi rm selected value.
If using an oven with a grease discharge valve,
along with the percentage of moisture, it is
possible to activate/deactivate the fat collection
function with the special button.
WARNING Fire risk! Greasy residues or fats
in the cooking chamber and on heating elements or
close to heat exchangers may cause fi re: carefully
clean chamber, heating elements and exchangers
at the end of each duty and immediately whenever
there is dirts, grease and fats.
If the fat drain valve is provided, check that it is clean
and not obstructed before each cooking process.
