2. EXCLUSIONS
•
Defect or malfunction in the system appearing outside the warranty period (defined in the "warranty
period" paragraph).
•
Normal wear and tear.
•
Negligence, user fault, or any use that does not conform to user-guide specifications.
•
Console connected to an inappropriate energy source.
•
The use of consumables, spare parts or accessories other than those supplied by MORIA.
•
Any disassembly, modification, or intervention done on the equipment by a person not authorized
by MORIA.
3. WARRANTY PERIOD
•
The warranty takes effect on the day the equipment is shipped.
•
The warranty is for a period of 12 months from the effective date.
•
In addition to the contractual one-year warranty, repairs are guaranteed for three months from the
date that they are invoiced.
4. LIABILITY
•
MORIA's liability is limited to the supply of services set out in the «scope of warranty» paragraph.
MORIA shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage to a client caused by interventions
under this warranty.
•
Any dispute over the interpretation or execution of this contract or of these general terms and
conditions shall be governed by the Commercial Court of Nanterre (France).
