Remedy
Bleed the pump. See Starting up on
Page 132. If the spray gun does not ven-
tilate, follow the troubleshooting steps
on page 142.
Turn the valve downwards to spraying
position.
Check to ensure that the suction pipe is
installed properly.
See cleaning the device on page 136.
Replace the suction pipe o-rings.
Turn the nozzle to spraying position.
See Eliminating nozzle blockages on
page 135.
Remove the filter and clean it; see page
136.
Set a higher pressure at the controller,
or set the Hi/Lo switch to Hi.
Make sure that the container is filled
with material. Turn the suction pipe.
Do not angle the container too steeply.
Bleed the pump; see Starting up on
page 132.
Fill the container with material and
bleed the pump.
Move the intake valve with a pencil or
a thin rod to check if it moves up and
down freely. See Removing/maintaining
the intake valve on page 143.
See Repairing the intake valve on page
144, and Removing/maintaining the
intake valve on page 143.
The spray gun has reached the end of
its service life. Please replace the spray
gun.
See Eliminating nozzle blockages on
page 135.
Turn the nozzle to the spray position.
See the selection table on page 133.
Clean or replace the filter; see page 136.
Clean the suction pipe, or replace it; see
page 136.
Replace the nozzle; see page 134.
Do NOT shake the material. Stir the
material or follow the manufacturer's
recommendations for the material to be

Set a higher pressure at the controller,
or set the Hi/Lo switch to Hi.
Warm the material.
