4. Use the tool provided with the repair kit to release and
remove the outlet valve housing. Make sure that the old
o-ring, the outlet valve and the spring are removed from
the pump outlet cavity.
Installation
1.
Screw the outlet valve housing into the thread. Tigh-
ten it with the supplied tool to a torque of 11 Nm.
Problem
The spray gun does not make
a noise when I pull the trigger
Cause
The trigger lock is active.
The status indicator shows RED when I pull
the trigger; this means that the power pack
charge is low or the power pack is cold.
The status indicator flashes RED when I
pull the trigger; this means that the power
pack is too hot for use.
The status display is not lit when I
try to use the spray gun. The power pack is
not in place, or damaged.

2. Push the pump outlet cap back on.
The outlet cap prevents static electricity discharge.
Always refit the outlet cap after installing the outlet val-
ve.
Troubleshooting
Before you take the spray gun to an approved after sales
service centre, please check all the items in the trouble-
shooting table.

Release the trigger lock.

Replace it with a charged power pack
and put the old power pack into the
charger, or allow the power pack to
warm up.
Allow the power pack to cool down.
Install the power pack, or replace the
power pack.
