9. Move the ventilation/pressure relief valve down to the
spraying position. Press the trigger and spray into a catch-
ment container until only clean solvent exits the gun.
10. If the spray gun is not completely clean, please repeat
steps 4 - 9.
To avoid serious injury or damage to equipment, avoid
contact between the spray gun's electronics and solvents.
Hold the spray gun at least 25 cm above the rim of the
container during spraying.
The spraying area must be well ventilated at all times.
The spraying area must be well aerated at all times.
When flushing with solvent, always ground the spray gun
and the waste area.
11. Lock the trigger lock and move the ventilation/pressure
relief valve to the up position to relieve the pressure.
12. Remove the material container and dispose of the
used solvent responsibly.

13. Use, e.g., a paper clip to make sure that the ventilati-
on hole is open.
14. Remove the nozzle holder and clean it with water or a
compatible solvent. To loosen and remove dried on mate-
rial, you can use a soft brush if needed.
Note:
The nozzle is permanently atta-
ched to the nozzle holder. Remo-
ving it will cause damage. Do not
keep solvent in the nozzle/protec-
tion element assembly or the suc-
tion hose.
External cleaning of the spray gun
Wipe off any paint from the
outside of the spray gun
with a soft cloth moistened
with water or a compatible
solvent. Do not immerse the
spray gun.
This spray gun has a relief lug that reduces the
occurrence of static charge and thus the risk of fire and
explosion. Keep this surface free of overspray.
