Cleaning the device

Note:
If the spray gun is not properly cleaned after use, this can
lead to material hardening and damage to the spray gun;
this will void your warranty. Do not keep solvents in the
spray gun. Always flush with CoroCheck before storage.

Flushing the spray gun

Do not spray solvents through the spray nozzle. Clean the
nozzle in a bucket with a compatible solvent. The spra-
ying area must be well ventilated at all times. The spra-
ying area must be well aerated at all times.
Note:
The internal parts of the spray gun must be protected
against water. Never immerse the spray gun in clea-
ning liquid. Openings in the cover provide air cooling to
the mechanical and electronic parts on the inside of the
device. If water or cleaning liquid penetrates into the-
se openings, this can cause malfunctions or permanent
damage to the spray gun.
1. Lock the trigger lock and move the ventilation/pressure
relief valve to the up position to relieve the pressure.
2. Remove the material container and fill any excess
material back into the original material packaging. If
applicable, dispose of the material container insert
responsibly.
