5.3.2 Spray gun connection

The spray gun (j) is connected to the material hose (n) with the quick coupling.

5.3.3 Spray lance connection

The spray lance (l) is screwed onto the spray gun (j). Make sure that the seal in the union nut of the lance is intact.

The nozzle (m) is placed in the union nut together with a seal and screwed onto the swivel head of the spray lance (l).
5.3.5 Intake/return hose
The intake/return hose (g) is inserted into the container with the material to be processed and fixed at the edge of the
container with the retaining clip (h). The filter on the suction hose (g) must be intact and permeable.

6. Operation

6.1 Basic safety information

Warning: Electric shock
-
Only connect the device to a socket outlet (230 V) with protective contact that has been properly instal-

-
Couplings and connecting lines must be splash-proof.
-
Use only if the power cables are in perfect condition.
-
The electric motor is not explosion-protected!
Please note:
Practice start-up with water first, and familiarise yourself with the technology and operation. In doing so,
evaluate the nozzle size to see if it is suitable for the application.
