6. SERVICING – CLEANING - LUBRICATION

6.1 ENGINE

Consult the engine instruction manual.

6.2 GREASING

After every 50 hours of service, grease the points indicated in fig.14:
1 Front axle pivot pins (2 grease nipples).
2 Brake pedal pin (3 grease nipples).
3 3rd point hitch link pins(2 grease nipples).
4 Right lifting tension rod (2 grease nipples).
5 Left lifting tension rod.
It is advisable to use AGIP GREASE LP2.

6.3 OIL SUPPLY

6.3.1 Power lift and gearbox housing

Check the level after every 50 hours service by means of the plug with the
dipstick (N° 33 fig.1).
It is advisable to use AGIP SUPER TRACTOR UNIVERSAL SAE 15W/40 oil.
Change the oil after every 800 hours of service. The required quantity is
approximately 27 Kg.
Oil draining: plugs (N° 1 fig. 15-16-17).
Oil filling: plug (N° 33 fig.1).

6.3.2 Front transmission oil

It is advisable to use AGIP SUPER TRACTOR UNIVERSAL SAE 15W/40 oil.
Change the oil after every 800 hours. The required quantity is approximately 6
Kg.
Oil draining: plugs (N° 2 fig.18 and N° 1 fig 19).
Oil filling: plug (N° 1 fig.18).
The oil level must reach union (N° 1 fig. 18).

6.3.3 Cleaning Transmission and Lift oil filter

The filter should be cleaned every 400 hours, every oil change, and whenever
the filter clogged warning light n.10 fig.2 comes on. Drain the oil, remove the
filter (n.1 fig.20), wash it with petrol or diesel, dry it and replace it in its seating.
Clean the filter after the first 50 hours.
