4.10 SAFETY BELTS (where applicable)

Wear the safety belts when you use the machine with the safety frame (roll-bar
or ROPS) to reduce the risk of accidents if the tractor tips up.
Do not wear the seat belt if you use the machine with the roll-bar
in the horizontal position.

5. MAINTENANCE - CLEANING - LUBRICATION

5.1 ENGINE

See engine instruction booklet.

5.2 GREASING

Every 50 hours, grease the points detailed in n.11 fig.1
• Coupling swivel pins (2 grease nipples)
• Axle coupling swivel (1 grease nipple)
• Lift draft arms n.15 fig.1 (2 grease nipples)
• Clutch cable n.3 fig.7
• Steering cylinder (1 grease nipple)
It is advisable to use AGIP GREASE LP2.

5.3 OIL FILLING

5.3.1 Gearbox casing

Check the level every 50 work hours through plug n.22 fig.1.
It is advisable to use AGIP ROTRA MP SAE 80W/90 oil.
Change the oil every 800 hours. Amount needed: about 6,5 Kg.
Drain oil: plug n.4 fig.1.
Oil filling: plug n.22 fig.1.

5.3.2 Rear differential and lift casing

Check the level every 50 hours through plug with bleeder cap and dipstick n.13
fig.1.
It is advisable to use AGIP SUPER TRACTOR UNIVERSAL SAE 15W/40 oil.
Change oil every 800 hours. Amount needed: about 7 Kg.
Oil drain: plug n.5 fig.1, screwing out the entire section (oil suction).
Oil filling: plug n.13 fig.1.
Keep the vent plug n.13 fig.1 clean.
