6. MAINTENANCE - CLEANING – LUBRICATION
Warning! Check the levels:
• Before using the machine
• With the machine at a standstill and the engine off (for at least the past
hour).
• On a flat surface.

6.1 ENGINE

Refer to the Engine Instruction Manual.

6.2 OIL FILLING

6.2.1 GEAR BOX - BODY LIFT - POWER STEERING

Check the level using the plug with dipstick n.20 fig.1.
For Sincro Models, plug n.20 fig.15
It is advisable to use AGIP SUPER TRACTOR UNIVERSAL SAE 15W/40 oil.
Change the oil every 800 hours (plug n. 21 fig. 1):
For models 22RS the amount required is around 9 kg.
For models 25 - 28 - 33 the amount required is around 12 kg.
For Sincro SN models the amount required is around 15 kg.
For Sincro RS models the amount required is around 16 kg.
To drain oil: plug B fig.4.
Every 400 hours, clean the oil filter: remove it from its housing by removing the
cover A fig.10 and wash it with diesel or petroleum.
Clean the filter after the first 50 hours.
If necessary, top up the oil level.
N.B.: Check oil level with the trailer body lowered.

6.2.2 REAR DIFFERENTIAL OIL

Check oil level through plug E fig.5.
It is advisable to use AGIP ROTRA MP SAE 80W/90 oil
and fill through plug E fig.5.
Change the oil every 800 hours
For models 22RS the amount required is around 5,5 kg.
For models 25 - 28 - 33 the amount required is around 9 kg.
For Sincro SN models the amount required is around 9 kg.
For Sincro RS models the amount required is around 11 kg.
To drain oil: plug D fig.6.
