Fitting Instructions
1. Change the Friction Drive Wheels from the 4 Wheel Drive position to the service position. This allows the current Wheels
to be removed from the Minidumper.
2. One wheel at a time, remove the Nuts with a 19mm Socket, followed by removing the Wheel. Once the Wheel is removed the new
Spacer can be bolted on to the Hub. This is shown in Detail A.
3. When bolting the Spacer on, ensure the Nut tapers are pointing outwards as shown in Detail 1. The 4 Nuts should Torque to 45Nm.
4. Once the Spacer is torqued up, the Turf Tyres can be put on with the 4 supplied Nuts. These again should be torqued to 45Nm.
Once tted, this then can be done on the remaining 3 Wheels.
5. Once all the Wheels are tted, the Friction Drive Wheels then have to be put back in to the 4 Wheel Drive position and the Tyres
set to a pressure of 22psi.
