Stand Assembly Mixing Hints A few hints on mixing. First add water, about 1 /2 gallons approximately, depending on the type of mix. Cement should go in after some of the aggregates work consistently to the ratio of ingredients as listed below for whatever type of concrete mix you are working to. -

On completion of maintenance, check that the mixer functions correctly and that all guards are ELECTRIC MIXER All portable electric appliances are dangerous if abused. This machine will only operate on one voltage. Check the power supply to ensure it corresponds to the voltage as indicated on the rating label. -

Consignes de Securite Avant de démarrer la bétonnière: correctement. NE PAS porter de vêtements amples ou de bijoux qui pourraient s’accrocher dans les mécanismes de la machine. Les vêtements doivent être conformes à toutes les normes de sécurité CEE concernant: combinaisons, chaussures de travail, lunettes, masques, gants, protections acoustiques, etc. -

Montage Du Support NE PAS basculer la bétonnière sur l’ouverture du tambour lorsque le moteur est en marche. ATTENTION. En faisant basculer la bétonnière pour la mettre en position debout prendre garde au retour en arrière du tambour. NOTA: Lorsque vous devez démonter la bétonnière après usage, effectuez les opérations indiquées ci-dessus en sens inverse. -

Instrucciones de Seguridad Antes de arrancar la amasadora Compruebe que están bien colocadas todas las protecciones. NO lleve ropa suelta ni use brazaletes, sortijas, etc., ya que podrían engancharse en las partes móviles de la máquina. La ropa de trabajo (mono, botas de trabajo, anteojos, mascarilla, guantes, orejeras, etc.) debe ser conforme a las normas de seguridad locales/CEE apropiadas. - Page 16 Montaje Del Caballete NO debe volcarse la hormigonera contra la boca del tambor con el motor en ma Precaución - Al girar la amasadora a la posición levantada tenga cuidado con las sacudidas del tambor. NOTA: A la hora de desarmar la hormigonera después de usarla, siga a la invers los procedimientos antedichos.

Al terminar el mantenimiento, compruebe que funciona bien la amasadora y que están bien colocadas todas las protecciones. O vestuário adequado, conforme se segue, deve satisfazer as normas de segurança locais/CEE: fato-macaco, botas de trabalho, óculos de protecção, máscaras faciais, luvas e protectores auditivos, etc. NÃO incline a betoneira para a boca do tambor enquanto o motor estiver em funcionamento. -

Deze machine is gebouwd volgens de huidig van kracht zijnde richtlijnen van de EEG, wordt geleverd met een verklaring van conformiteit, en draagt dus de CE markering die in bepaalde landen vereist is. -

Veiligheidsvoorschriften Vóór het aanzetten van de betonmolen Controleer of alle beschermpanelen op hun plaats zitten en juist zijn aangebracht. Draag GEEN loshangende kleding of sieraden die verstrikt zouden kunnen raken in de bewegende delen van deze machine. Geschikte kleding dient als volgt te voldoen aan door de EEG gestelde/plaatselijk geldende veiligheidsnormen: overall, werkschoenen, beschermbril, gelaatsbescherming, handschoenen en gehoorbeschermers enz. - Page 24 Standaard Ineenzetten LET OP dat u de betonmolen niet op de trommelopening kantelt als de motor draait. Voorzichtig - Wanneer u de molen op de standaard omhoog zet, voorzichtig zijn dat de trommel niet terug slaat. NB: Voor het demonteren van de betonmolen , na gebruikk, wordt de voorgaande procedure in omgekeerde volgorde doorlopen.
- Page 25 Onderhoud Schakel voordat u onderhouds- of reparatiewerkzaamheden gaat uitvoeren, eerst de motor uit, en koppel de machine (elektrisch) los van de hoofdvoeding. Controleer, zodra het onderhoud klaar is, of de betonmolen goed werkt en of alle beschermpanelen juist zijn aangebracht. ELEKTRISCHE BETONMOLEN Alle verplaatsbare elektrische apparaten zijn gevaarlijk indien ze verkeerd gebruikt worden.
