General Safety
WARNING
• This Skip is heavy and must not be lifted single-handedly, GET HELP or use suitable lifting equipment.
• This Flatbed is heavy and must not be lifted single-handedly, GET HELP or use suitable lifting equipment.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn by the operator when ever the Flatbed is being used
(see Health & Safety).
• Take extra care when loading the Flatbed to ensure the load doesn't slide off the Flatbed during operation.
Assembly Instructions
1. Press the 'Skip Release Handle' and slowly place the Skip into the 'tipping' position as shown in View 1.
2. Remove the Pin from the Boss, which attaches the Skip to the Chassis as shown in View 2.
3. Slide the Skip off the Chassis.
4. Place the Flatbed into a 'tipping' position and slide onto the Chassis as shown in View 3.
5. Secure the Flatbed to the Chassis by inserting the Pin into the Boss as shown in View 4.
6. Push the Flatbed backwards into it's operating position.
