Den Pumpenkopf
zusammenbauen
1. Die Drehfeder (b) über die
Kugellager (a) schieben. Die
beiden Enden unter die beiden
seitlichen Bolzen (c) ziehen.
Den Hebel über die Kugellager
(a) bis zum Anschlag
hineinschieben.

2. Die Schlauchfeder zwischen
die beiden Distanzbolzen und
den Federstift hineinschieben.
3. Den Sperrbolzen am Rollenkopf
hineindrücken.
Den Rollenkopf auf die Motor-
achse schieben. Dabei muss die
Nute (e) zum Federkeil (d)
ausgerichtet sein.
4. Den Knopf (f) am Scharnier des
Schlauchbettes herausziehen.
Das Schlauchbett von oben
einführen. Dabei müssen die
drei T-Nuten (g) in die drei
Bolzen (c) geschoben werden.
Assembling
the pump-head
1. Slip the torsion spring (b) over
the ball bearings (a). Position
the endings of the spring under
the lateral pins (c).
Slip the sleeve of the lever over
the ball bearings (a) and push it
to the stop.
2. Insert the tube spring between
the two distance bolts and the
spring pin.
3. Push the indexing bolt and slip
the roller head over the motor
shaft.
There is a wedge on the motor
shaft. This wedge (e) must fit
into the groove (d) in the
center of the pump-head.
4. Pull the button (f) at the hinge.
Insert the tube bed from
above.
The three T-grooves (g) must
slip over the three pins (c).
Assemblage
de la tête de pompe
1. Logez le ressort tournant (b)
par-dessus le roulement à billes
(a). Placez les deux bouts sous
les deux boulons latéraux (c).
Poussez le levier vers l'intérieur
par-dessus le roulement à billes
(a) jusqu'à la butée.
2. Glissez le ressort à tube vers
l'intérieur entre les deux
entretoises et la goupille
élastique.
3. Placez la cheville d'arrêt vers
l'intérieur du rotor.
Glissez le rotor sur l'arbre du
moteur. La rainure (e) du rotor
doit être orientée vers la
clavette de l'arbre moteur (d).
4. Extraire le bouton (f) sur la
charnière du berceau à tubes.
Introduire le berceau à tubes
depuis en haut. Pour cela, les
toris rainures en T (g) doivent
être introduites dans les trois
boulons (c).
