Rimontaggio coperchio testa cilindro

Montare il bilanciere e spingere all'interno il relativo perno lubrifi-
cando con olio motore tutte le superfici interessate.
Ricordare che i fori nel coperchio della testa cilindro e
nel perno del bilanciere devono trovarsi allineati.
Registrazione gioco assiale bilanciere
Gioco standard: 0,1÷0,3 mm
Intervenire eventualmente sulla rosetta di rasamento (A) fornita
nei seguenti spessori: 0,3- 0,4- 0,5-0,6 mm.
Reassembly of cylinder head cover
Mount the rocker arm and push in the rocker arm shaft ; lubricate
all bearing surfaces with engine oil.
Remember that the holes in the cylinder head cover and
in the rocker arm shaft must be in line.
Rocker arm end play adjustment
Standard play: 0,1÷0,3 mm
If necessary, operate the thrust washer (A), supplied in the
following thickness: 0,3 mm (0.012 in.), 0,4 mm (0.016 in.), 0,5
mm (0.020 in.), 0,6 mm (0.024 in.).
Remontage couvercle culasse cylindre
Monter le culbuteur et pousser à l'intérieur le pivot en graissant
tyoutes les surfaces intéressées avec huile moteur.
Se rappeller que les trous du couvercle culasse cylindre
et du pivot du culbuteur doivent être alignés.
Réglage jeu axial culbuteur
Jeu standard: 0,1÷0,3 mm
Le cas échéant, intervenir sur la rondelle d'epaulement (A)
fournie avec les épaisseurs suivants: 0,3- 0,4- 0,5-0,6 mm.

Wiederzusammensetzung des Zylinderkopfes
Den Kipphebel montieren und den bezüglichen Zapfen nach innen
schieben. Die betreffenden Oberflächen einschmieren mit Motor
Öl.
Erinneren Sie sich, dass die Löcher im Deckel des
Zylinderkopfes und im Zapfen des Kipphebels eingereiht sein
sollen.
Einstellung Axialspiel Kipphebel
Standardspiel: 0,1÷0,3 mm
Eventuell auf die in den folgenden Dicken gelieferte
Ausgleichscheibe (A) eingreifen: 0,3- 0,4- 0,5-0,6 mm.
Reensamblaje tapa culata cilindro
Monte el balancín y emuye hacia adentro el relativo perno y tapón
y lubricando todas las superficies corrispondientes con aceite
motor.
Recuerde que los oroficios de la tapa de la culata
cilindro, del tapón y del perno del balancín tienen que estar
alineados.
Ajuste juego axial balancines
Juego estándar: 0,1÷0,3 mm
Intervenir eventualmente en la arandela de empuje (A)
en los siguientes espesores
: 0,3- 0,4- 0,5-0,6 mm.
