Intake valve

Disassembly
1. Activate the trigger safety lock and place the ventila-
tion/discharge valve in the upwards position to discharge
the pressure.
3. Place the spray device on its head, loosen and remove
the intake valve housing, intake valvem and springs with
a socket wrench.
NOTE:
Make sure the springs are also removed. Use pointed tongs to remove them if necessary. The intake housing should be
completely empty (as pictured).
Installation
NOTE:
Prior to installation, ensure that the O-ring © is installed on the intake valve.
1. Place the intake valve (b) with the spring (a) on the
upper end of the intake valve housing (d). Push this
upwards into the intake housing.
2. Remove the material hopper and the intake pipe.
4. Remove as much excess material as possible from the
intake housing.
2. Hold the intake valve housing stable and turn the spray
device around. Remove the intake fitting and check it
visually to ensure that it has been attached properly.
