Possible cause
Cooling-water hose of

connected to the water

Flow of water at the core
bit is blocked.
Pre-filter of the
WMS 100 is clogged.
Through-hole in the con-
necting nipple of the
cooling-water hose is
clogged.
Strainer in the water
connection of the dia-
mond core drilling ma-
chine is clogged.
The diamond core
drilling machine has
received an unknown
error code from the
WMS 100.
The connecting nipple is
dry and/or dirty.
Internal water connector
parts are dry and/or
clogged.
Action to be taken
▶ Fully connect the
cooling-water hose to
the water connection
of the diamond core
drilling machine.
▶ Open the water valve
on the diamond core
drilling machine.
▶ Make sure that the
water can flow through
the core bit.
▶ Check the prefilter.

▶ Use a pin to clear the
hole in the nipple.
▶ Clean the mesh filter
with a brush.
▶ Check the WMS
100 for faults and
consult the operating
instructions of the
WMS 100 for a
solution.
▶ Grease the O-ring and
the recess.
▶ Check the seal on
the filter support.
