7 – Assembly and
adjustment tasks
Milling depth setting (Figures 4 + 5)
Unplug from the power source! The rotat-
ing switch (8) is used to select the stand-
ard settings for the three most frequently
used biscuit dowel sizes by means of the
arrow marking:
0 = Biscuit dowel number 0
(Approximately 47 x 15 x 4 mm)
10 = Biscuit dowel number 10
(Approximately 53 x 19 x 4 mm)
20 = Biscuit dowel number 20
(Approximately 56 x 23 x 4 mm)
The milling depths are preset at the facto-
ry. Corrections may be made, if required,
using the adjustment screw (9). The lock-
nut is used to lock the selected setting.
Height/angle setting
Height setting (Figure 5)
Undo both screws for the angle setting (3)
and height adjustment (5). Set the angle
stop (4) to 90° and set the required milling
height at the work piece. After making the
settings, tighten the screws again firmly.
Heights of 0–35 mm can be set using the
vertical height scale.
