• D o not use the electrical tool with a
cable that is damaged. Do not touch
the damaged cable and pull the plug
out of the socket if the cable is dam-
aged when you are working with the
tool. Damaged cables increase the
risk of an electrical shock.
• A lways wear protective gloves when
replacing the tools. Tools will become
warm when used for extended periods.

scraper. The tool is very sharp and
there is a risk of injury.

7 – Installation and setting
ATTENTION! Always unplug
before changing bits!
ATTENTION! Wear safety gloves
when changing tools! Risk of
injury from sharpedged tools!
Inserting tools
ATTENTION! Switch off the appli
ance, pull out the mains plug!
Fit the scraper (4) or saw insert (3)
(Figure 2) onto the tool holder (2) so the
cams (a) of the holder grip four of the
tool's cut-outs (b) and ensure that it is
firmly seated. This method also enables
you to set a convenient working position.
Secure the tool using the washer, hold-
ing screw and setting key.
The triangular sanding adapter (8) is
installed without the washer. Store the
washer in a safe place. Place the
triangular sheet of sandpaper with the
desired granulation on the hook and loop
adhesive surface and press into place.
CAUTION! Ensure that the tool is
mounted in the correct position
(Figures 3, 4, and 5). An incorrectly
mounted tool may lead to injury and
material damage.
