7. Inserting / replacing batteries

1. Use the end piece (O) to unscrew the battery compartment lock (H)
counter clockwise.
2. Remove the battery compartment cover.
3. Correctly insert two AAA batteries, heeding the polarity markings
inside the battery compartment.
4. Close the battery compartment.
Change the batteries when error code 101 appears on
the display or when the battery status display (3) flashes.

8. Turning the device on/off

1. Push the button ON (C) to turn on the device. The display shows
the stand-by screen.
2. Push the button ON again to activate the target laser (B). The display
shows the laser indicator (1) and the signal strength indicator (4).
