13. TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
Machine not working.
The tray is not sealed pro-
perly.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
• Machine Off.
• No power supply.
• Machine damage.
• Sealing temperature incorrect.
• Tray smeared with oil or grease.
• Tray smeared with oil or grease because of
boiling of the liquid in the tray during the
vacuum creation phase.
• Red silicone rubber of the tray die
positioned correctly.
• Film roll positioned upside down with the
sealing side facing upwards.
• Film not compatible with tray.
• Sealing plate dirty or encrusted.

• Switch on the machine using the ON/OFF main switch.
• Insert the plug in a socket (check the voltage!).
• Check power cable to make sure it is intact.
• Check fuses PF3 and PF4 on the power board to make
sure they are intact and inserted correctly (VGP25N).
• Contact a Service centre.
• Adjust thermostat
to the material of the film and the tray.
• Clean/Change the tray.
• Reduce the liquid content in the tray.
• Insert the red silicone rubber in its seat.

• Turn the roll upside down.
• Use compatible film and trays.
• Clean by following the instructions in the "Mainte-
nance" chapter.
