10.11 REPLACING THE SOLENOID VALVES BLOCk COMPLETE WITH FILTER

WARNING: This operation must be carried out by a specialist technician.
The solenoid unit layout visible inside the images may vary according to the machine manufacturing year.
1) Make sure the machine is switched off and the plug is removed
from the power socket.
2) Remove the rear panel, by unscrewing the 10 rear fixing screws
using a No. 3 T male hex wrench. Attention! the 2 screws
on the upper edge of the panel can only be accessed with
the sealing head open.
3) Detach the spiralled tube from the pump connection side
and the tank connection side
4) Unscrew the two screws fixing the block
wrench, on the lower side of the intermediate stainless steel
insertion plate.
5) Detach the Rilsan tube Ø 9 mm

nection , unscrewing the hoseconnector union ring nut
on the left side on the inside using a No. 14 hex wrench.
6) Remove the six Rilsan tubes Ø 9 mm
quick-release couplings (these are identified by their green collar) by marking
them and noting down the position using a marking pen.
7) Disconnect the two black electric cables

of the electronic board; then disconnect the terminal from the board (see
image below).
