9.3 CLEANING AND DISINFECTING THE MACHINE
DANGER!
Do not use solvents, thinners or other products classified as toxic, to clean the surfaces.
DANGER!
Ventilate the environment if alcohol-based or flammable disinfectants are used.
ATTENTION!
Do not scrape the surfaces with pointed or abrasive objects.
9.3.1 CLEANING EXTERNAL SURFACES
• The stainless steel external surfaces must be cleaned with a soft cloth or sponge and neutral detergent, following the
direction of the satin finish.
• Rinse with a cloth dampened with drinking water.
• It is recommended not to use steel wool, scrapers or abrasive, acidic or aggressive substances, which could irreparably
damage the steel surfaces.
• After cleaning, it is recommended to protect the external surfaces with specific oil-based products for stainless steel.
ATTENTION!
Do not remove the serial number plates during cleaning.
These provide important information regarding the machine for any technical support.
ATTENTION!
Do not use water jets or vapour to rinse or clean the machine; avoid using water jets and vapour near
the machine.
Do not spray water on the tank intake slot.
9.3.2 CONTROL PANEL
• It is recommend to use a soft cloth with little detergent and to dry it thoroughly.
• Do not use solvents or alcohol.
9.3.3 CLEANING THE VACUUM CHAMBER
Clean the vacuum chamber with a soft cloth dampened with drinking water.
It is recommended not to use aggressive detergents, steel wool, scrapers or abrasive, acidic or aggressive substances,
which could irreparably damage the internal surfaces of the vacuum chamber.
Once cleaned, rinse thoroughly with drinking water.
