7.4 PROGRAMMING AND OPERATION VGP25N

7.4.1 PROGRAMMING VGP25N

PHASE DESCRIPTION
1 Select one of the 20 programs available.
2 Select the function to be programmed (vacuum – gas – sealing).

Enter programming (the bright icone of the function starts to flash).
4 Change the value.
5 Confirm the value or access the next function to be programmed by pressing
the "SEL" button.

Proceed with other functions to be changed and each time confirm with the
"PROG" button.
7.4.2 VACUUM - GAS FUNCTION ON VGP25N
1) Check to make sure the temperature regulator indicates the
maximum programmed temperature; this value is usually
reached after about 10 minutes.
2) Programming it as described above.
3) Fit the insertion plates according to the size of the containers.
4) Insert container A
containing the product in the tray die.
5) Start up the pump.
6) Stretch film B
on the container and block it by means of three suction cups
7) Lower head D
by pressing slightly initially; the machine carries out the packaging cycle according o the programmed
parameters. At the end of the cycle, the sealing head opens automatically.
8) Eliminate the film waste, remove the packed product and proceed with a new cycle.
