5.2.2 Trace - Analysis of Contaminations by Toxic Substances using the Brittle Fracture Technique

The test sample is covered in the closed PTFE flask. It will not come into contact with the liquid nitrogen. The high-
purity PTFE of the shaking flask and the grinding balls ensure a very low contamination of the sample with the fluor
ingredients of the PTFE. The table in section 5.2.3 below gives an overview of trace elements of human tissue which
can be detected after homogenization of the sample with a Mikro-Dismembrator.
