    ELEMENTI PRINCIPALI TAPPO SERBATOIO Per accedere al tappo del serbatoio carburante occorre sollevare il coperchio 1. Inserire l’apposita chiave e ruotare in senso orario. Lo sportello si apre automa- ticamente. Girare il tappo 2 in senso antiorario. Per chiudere il tappo del serbatoio ap- poggiarlo nella sede e avvitarlo in senso orario.

Dalla schermata principale premendo il Pulsante regolazione per 3 secondi si può impostare l’unità di misura della velocità. Premere il Pulsante regolazione per scambiare i due contakm parziali A e B.

  • Page 32 VERIFICHE PRIMA E DOPO L’UTILIZZO Per una guida sicura ed una vita duratura del veicolo si consiglia di: 1 Verificare tutti i livelli dei liquidi. 2 Verificare il corretto funzionamento dei freni e l’usura pasticche (pag. 45). 3 Verificare la pressione, lo stato generale e lo spessore del battistrada (pag. 51). 4 Verificare il corretto tensionamento dei raggi.

Posizione B: posizione ribassata. L’altezza del veicolo si riduce i 30mm. ATTENZIONE: i dadi autobloccanti con anello in plastica sono monouso. Una volta smontato deve essere sostituito.

    CANDELA Mantenere la candela in buono stato contribuisce alla diminuzione dei consumi e all’ottimale funzionamento del motore. Per effettuare il controllo è sufficiente sfilare il cappuccio candela e svitare la candela, utilizzando la chiave in dotazione. Pulire accuratamente gli elettrodi utilizzan- do uno spazzolino metallico.

    CARBURATORE SVUOTAMENTO VASCHETTA CARBURATORE Se si rendesse necessario lo svuotamento della vaschetta del carburatore, procedere come descritto. Chiudere il rubinetto serbatoio e posiziona- re un contenitore sotto il tubo carburatore in modo da poter raccogliere il carburante che fuoriesce. Aprire la vite di scarico per scaricare il carburante.

    NOTA: Una corretta regolazione, oltre a non lasciare del gioco, non deve causare indurimenti o irregolarità durante la rota- zione del manubrio. PNEUMATICI Montare esclusivamente pneumatici autorizzati dalla BETAMOTOR. Pneumatici diversi possono condizionare negativamente il comportamento su strada della motocicletta. • Per garantire la vostra incolumità, pneumatici danneggiati vanno sostituiti imme- diatamente.

    CATENA Per una maggiore durata della catena di trasmissione è opportuno controllare pe- riodicamente la sua tensione. Tenerla sempre pulita dalla sporcizia depositata e lubrificarla. Fare in modo che il lubrificante non raggiunga in nessun caso né il pneumatico posteriore né il disco del freno, altrimenti l’aderenza al suolo del pneumatico e l’azione del freno posteriore si ridurrebbero notevolmente e si potrebbe facilmente perdere il controllo della motocicletta.

    Nel caso di bruciatura di uno o più led è necessario procedere alla sostituzione dell’intero gruppo. Per la sostituzione rivolgersi presso un servizio assistenza autorizzato Betamotor. INDICATORI DI DIREZIONE Per acedere alla lampada togliere il vetrino svitando la vite 1.

  • Page 204 WICHTIGSTE FAHRZEUGTEILE TANKVERSCHLUSS Um an den Tankdeckel gelangen zu kön- nen, muß die Tank klappe 1 angehoben werden. Den entsprechenden Schlüssel einstecken und im Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Die Tür öffnet automatisch. Den Tankverschluss 2 gegen den Uhrzei- gersinn drehen. Den Tankdeckel schließen, indem man den Deckel auflegt und im Uhrzeigersinn dreht.

  • Page 222 BREMSEN VORDERRADBREMSE Die Vorderradbremse ist eine Scheiben- bremse mit hydraulischer Betätigung Die Position des Hebels kann mit dem Regler A verändert werden. HINTERRADBREMSE Die Höhe des Bremspedals kann über die Stellvorrichtung B eingestellt werden. Dafür die Mutter 1 lösen und den Bolzen 2 so drehen, dass die gewünschte Einstellung erreicht wird.

Position A: Standardposition. Position B: niedrigere Position. Die Höhe des Fahrzeuges reduziert sich um 30 mm ACHTUNG: die selbs tblockierenden Mut- tern mit Plastikring sind Einwegprodukte.

    ZÜNDKERZE Eine Zündkerze in gutem Zustand trägt zu einem verringerten Benzinverbrauch und einem optimalen Motorbetrieb bei. Um die Kontrolle durchzuführen, genügt es die Zündkerzenkappe abzuziehen und die Zündkerze mit dem mitgelieferten Schlüssel abzudrehen. Die Kerzenelektroden gründlich mit einer Metallbürste reinigen. Anschließend die Zündkerze mit Druckluft ausblasen, um zu vermeiden, dass eventuelle Rückstände in den Motor gelangen können.

    VERGASER ENTLEEREN DER VERGASERVANNE Falls die Entleerung der Vergaserwanne notwendig sein sollte, ist wie beschrieben vorzugehen. Den Tankhahn schließen und einen Be- hälter unter dem Vergaserrohr aufstellen, sodass der herausfließende Kraftstoff aufgefangen werden kann. Die Auslassschraube öffnen um den Kraft- stoff abzulassen.

    Spiel bleiben, der Lenker darf nicht hart zu drehen sein und muß sich gleichmäßig drehen lassen. REIFEN Ausschließlich die von BETAMOTOR genehmigten Reifen am Fahrzeug einbauen. Andere Reifen könnten das Fahrverhalten des Motorrads negativ beeinflussen. • Um Unfälle zu vermeiden, müssen beschädigte Reifen sofort gewechselt werden. • Abgenutzte (glatte) Reifen beeinflussen das Fahrverhalten des Motorrads negativ.

  • Page 238: Kette

    KETTE Damit die Antriebskette länger hält, sollte regelmäßig die Kettenspannung kontrolliert werden. Die Ketten im sauber von abgelagertem Schmutz halten und schmieren. Darauf achten, dass keine Schmiermittel auf den Hinterreifen oder die Bremsscheibe gelangt. Andernfalls geht die Bodenhaftung des Reifens verloren, die Bremsleistung der Hinterradbremse lässt erheblich nach und es besteht die Gefahr, dass die Kon- trolle über da Fahrzeug verloren geht.

  • Page 300 CADENA Para una más larga durada de la cadena de transmisión es oportuno controlar periódicamente su tensión. Tenerla siempre limpia de suciedad, y lubricarla. Prestar atención para que el lubricante no llegue de ninguna manera al neumático y tampoco al disco de frenos, de lo contrario se reduciría la adherencia del mismo neumático al suelo y la acción de frenado, perdiendo con facilidad el control de la moto.

  • Page 328 HOOFDELEMENTEN DOP BRANDSTOFTANK Om toegang te krijgen tot de dop van het brandstofreservoir moet het deksel 1 opgetild worden. Voer de sleutel in en draai rechtsom. Het deurtje gaat automa- tisch open. Draai dop 2 tegen de klok in. Zet om de dop van de brandstoftank te sluiten deze op de sluiting en vastdraaien met de klok mee.

  • Page 331 REMPEDAAL Het rempedaal is gepositioneerd voor de rechter voetsteun. KICKSTARTPEDAAL Het kickstartpedaal is gemonteerd aan de rechterkant van de motor. Het bovenste deel is verstelbaar. Draai de hendel naar buiten om in werking te stellen en geef een flinke slag naar beneden. De hendel keert automatisch terug naar boven.

  • Page 343 BRANDSTOFTOEVOER Gebruik loodvrije superbenzine. De brandstoftankinhoud is terug te vinden op pag. 11. Voor het bijvullen, verwijder de dop van de brandstoftank (pag. 18). Na het bijvullen de dop erop plaatsen en stevig sluiten. LET OP: Het model Racing heeft geen menginstallatie, daarom moet het meng- sel benzine-olie op 1,5% rechtstreeks in de brandstoftank worden gedaan.

  • Page 346 REMMEN AFSTELLEN VOORREM De voorrem is van het schijftype met een hydraulische hendel. De positie van de hendel van rem kan worden afgesteld door de schroeven van de regelaar A aan te passen. ACHTERREM Het is mogelijk de positie van de pedaal in de hoogte te verstellen m.b.v.
  • Page 347 AFSTELLING VAN HET TOERENTAL Om deze handeling correct uit te voeren, is het aanbevolen om dit uit te voeren terwijl de motor warm is, en een elektronische toerenteller op de kabel van de bougie aan te sluiten. Daarna draait u met een schroevendraaier aan de stelschroef A om het minimum op 1900 rpm af te stellen.
  • Page 348 AFSTELLING SCHOKDEMPER (ENDURO/MOTARD/ MOTARD SPORT/TRACK) Het voertuig voorziet twee verschillende posities om de schokdemper bovenaan vast te maken. Positie A: standaardpositie. Positie B: verlaagde positie. De hoogte van het voertuig wordt met 30 mm verminderd. AANDACHT: de zelfblokkerende moeren met ring in kunststof zijn voor eenmalig gebruik.

Het richten van de lichtstraal moet regel- matig gecontroleerd worden.

  • Page 359 BOUGIE Het behouden van de bougie in goede conditie draagt bij aan het verminderen van het verbruik van de motor en het opti- maal functioneren. Om de controle uit te voeren is het vol- doende de dop van de bougie te halen en de bougie los te draaien, door de bijgeleverde sleutel te gebruiken.
  • Page 360 CARBURATEUR AFVOER BAK CARBURATEUR Wanneer het nodig is om de bak van de carburateur te legen, ga dan te werk zoals hieronder beschreven. Sluit de brandstofkraan en plaats een doek onder de carburateur om de brandstof die eruit lekt te kunnen opvangen. Open de afvoerschroef om de brandstof te lozen.
  • Page 361 BANDEN Plaats alleen banden die zijn goedgekeurd door BETAMOTOR. Andere banden kunnen het functioneren van de motor op straat nadelig beïnvloeden. • Om uw veiligheid te garanderen, moeten beschadigde banden onmiddellijk vervangen worden.
  • Page 362 KETTING Voor een langere levensduur van de kettingaandrijving, is het aan te raden om regel- matig de spanning te controleren. Altijd vrijhouden van vastzittend vuil en insmeren. Zorg ervoor dat het smeermiddel in geen enkel geval de achterband of de remschijf bereikt, anders zouden de grip van de band op de weg en het functioneren van de achterrem aanzienlijk worden verminderd en zou gemakkelijk de controle over de motor kunnen worden verloren.
  • Page 363 Als één of meer leds doorgebrand zijn, is het noodzakelijk de hele groep te vervangen. Neem voor de vervanging contact op met een geautoriseerd Betamotor service- center. RICHTINGAANWIJZERS Verwijder het glas door de schroef 1 los te draaien om bij de lamp te komen.
  • Page 364 REINIGING VAN HET VOERTUIG ALGEMENE VOORZORGSMAATREGELEN LET OP: reinig het voertuig nooit met apparatuur met een krachtige waterstraal onder hoge druk. Overmatige druk kan elektrische onderdelen, connectoren, flexibele kabels, lagers, etc. bereiken en ze beschadigen of vernietigen. LET OP: was regelmatig met koud water de voertuigen die in de buurt van de zee (zout water) en op wegen waar met zout wordt gestrooid in de winter worden gebruikt.
