9. Fault summary and checklist
Warning
Before starting to rectify faults, it is vital that the
pump is taken out of operation, and it must be re-
moved from the mains at all poles and safe guarded
from being switched on again. This should only be
carried out by specialist staff.
Accessible voltage!
Risk of scalding from escaping medium.

Solution
Check the protection switch, fuse and
supply voltage.
Replace pump.
Start pump.
Remove impurities in the system.
Check supply voltage. Replace pump.
Replace pump.
Let the pump run. The pump vents itself
automatically in time.
Increase the inflow pressure or check
gas volumes in the expansion vessel (if
available).
Vent the system with the pump switched
off.
Reduce discharge head / stage.
Increase discharge head / stage.
