Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing a product from our company. The name Wella has stood for cer-
tified quality and first-class service for decades. We offer our customers innovative,
high-performance products which are designed primarily for professional use. We en-
sure a constantly high standard of production by means of extensive quality assurance
measures.
2 Years' Guarantee
The use of high-quality materials and careful workmanship are a guarantee of the tested
Wella quality. As the manufacturer, we provide a guarantee period of two years from the
date of purchase on our products for all defects which result from material or manufac-
turing flaws.
If, contrary to expectations, a defect occurs in this appliance during this period, we pro-
mise that the appliance will, at our discretion, either be repaired or replaced by a defect-
free appliance. This guarantee can be performed only upon submission of the original
invoice or the purchase receipt.
Any damage resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear is excepted from the
guarantee. The guarantee expires immediately if unauthorised persons work on the ap-
pliance or if third-party products are used during installation.
Defects which have only a minor effect on the value and usability of the product do not
fall under the guarantee.
Wearing parts are excluded from the guarantee.
Your contractual and statutory claims against the seller are not affected by this manu-
facturer's guarantee. In the event that a guarantee claim arises, please contact the au-
thorised Wella Customer Service in your area.

Our products have been tested for reliability. If a defect should occur in spite of this, our
Customer Service will be glad to help. Before calling the Customer Service, try to elimi-
nate the problem with the help of the section "Errors and possible rectification" in the
operating instructions. If the appliance still does not function trouble-free, your national
Customer Service Centre will be glad to help.
Help us to speed up processing of your enquiry: please provide us the following infor-
mation from the Service Card of the appliance:

•
When was the appliance purchased? (purchase date)
•
Describe the failure or defect to us.
Important! You will find the Service Card on the back page of these operating instruc-
tions. Please fill in the following information on this Card to enable the Customer Service
to answer your questions about the appliance or process your guarantee claims more
quickly.

You will find the serial number on the rating plate (see "Figure 5" Seite 60).
Keep the purchase receipt as proof of date of purchase in a safe place.

at your expense.
