5.8.2 Changing the treatment temperature
1. Change the required temperature level using the Plus/Minus buttons

➥ The display s shows the temperature level selected.
5.8.3 Switching ionization on and off
1. Switch ionization on and off using the Ion button w:
➥ The Ion button w is lit up – ionization is switched off.
Pressing the Ion button w again switches ionization on once more.
➥ Ionization begins immediately without the 5-minute delay (see "Sec-
tion 5.4" page 63).

End of treatment / Performing after-treatment

5.9.1 End of treatment
The display q starts to flash three minutes before expiry of the treatment
time.
➥ 10 tones with increasing volume are heard at the end of treatment.
The appliance enters a cooling-down phase (approx. 3 minutes):
➥ The hair is cooled down.
➥ Remaining steam is ejected from the appliance.
Basic setting
The appliance adopts the basic setting after 10 minutes if no setting is en-
tered.
Switch off appliance as described in "Section 5.11" page 69 or prepare
for new treatment.
5.9.2 Check result and extend treatment if necessary
After the end of treatment (10 tones with increasing volume) you can ex-
tend the treatment with the temperature previously selected within a pe-
riod of 10 minutes.
An after-treatment time of up to 60 minutes can be set.
1. Select the required treatment time using the time buttons p:
"10" button: input in 10-minute increments,
"1" button: input in 1-minute increments.
The after-treatment time and temperature can be extended as described in
"Section 5.8" page 66.
2. Press the START button v.
➥ Preheating phase: the temperature symbol t lights up (approx. 2
minutes).
➥ The display q shows the remaining treatment time.
Pressing the START button v again will display the already expired
treatment time (Memo function).
