4. Place the fi nger guard across the frame and move it
back and forth with a slight degree of pressure until the
food has been chopped up. As you do this, gradually
push down the grip of the fi nger guard so that the food is
pushed out further and further.
5. When the food has been chopped up, press the grip
down as far as it will go to push out the rest of the food.
You can now remove it.
