Cleaning and storage

ATTENTION!
■ Prior to each cleaning, pull the plug out of the socket.
■ Never submerge the motor unit in water or other liquids.
■ Be careful when handling the cutting inserts, the blades are sharp!
■ When cleaning, do not use any scouring or abrasive cleaners. They could damage
the surface.
• If necessary, wipe the motor unit off with a damp, soft cloth. Then wipe the device
off completely with a dry cloth.
• Clean the holder for the cutting insert, cutting inserts, fi ll chute and plunger with
clean, warm water and a small amount of mild detergent.
• Store the device in a dry area that is not accessible to children and animals.

Troubleshooting

If the device stops working properly, fi rst check whether you are able to correct the
problem yourself.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device yourself!

drive shaft.
• Is the device activated? Press the On/Off switch.
