For polishing with Oxide Polishing Suspension: at the end of the
polishing process, select WATER ON
necessary. Let the water flow until the oxide polishing suspension
has been cleaned away (about 10 seconds).
If a Recirculation Cooling Unit is connected, special precautions must be
taken:
- The water coming from the built-in water tap cannot be used to wash the
oxide polishing suspension away. Use clean water.
- The outflow must not be conducted to the Recirculation Cooling Unit.
Direct the outlet to the drain or collect the outflow in a separate
container.
