Use instructions: This manual must be translated (according to regulations) by the dealer, in the language of the country where the
equipment is used. This manual must be read and understood by the user before using the PPE. The test methods described in the
standards do not represent actual usage conditions. It is therefore important to study each work situation and that each user is fully
trained in different techniques in order to know the limits of the various devices. The use of this PPE is restricted to qualified persons
properly trained or working under the direct responsibility of a competent superior. The user's safety depends on the continuing efficacy

of this PPE which does not comply with the requirements of this manual and in the case of non-compliance with the security measures
applicable to PPE specified by this manual. The use of this PPE is restricted to persons in good health, certain medical conditions may
affect the safety of the user, in case of doubt contact a physician. Adhere strictly to the instructions for use, verification, maintenance
and storage.

Lanyard function (EN354). LV102XXX; LO030XXX : minimum resistance: 22kN ( textile ) ■ WARNINGS: THE LANYARD IS NOT A
GRIP BODY DEVICE, ONLY THE HARNESS IS RESERVED FOR THIS FUNCTION (EN361).
USED AS A FALL ARREST BY ITSELF. To prevent a fall risk, this equipment can be used in a restraint device (EN358). Otherwise, in
the case of a fall risk, it is mandatory to implement a collective or personal protection device against falls from a height (EN363). This
lanyard can be an element or connection component in fall arrest personal protection systems (restraint systems, work positioning
systems (EN358), fall arrest systems (EN353-1, EN353-2, EN355, EN360), access by means of ropes and rescue systems) systems. It
is connected to other elements of the system by connectors (EN362). A lanyard (EN354) can be used with an shock absorber (EN355)
and 2 (or 3 connectors for the double lanyard) connectors (EN362), provided that the total length does not exceed 2 meters (length of
connectors included). In this case the shock absorber is connected to the harness and the lanyard is connected to the anchorage point.
(EN795) In these cases, follow the instructions described in their own manual. ■ DONNING AND/ OR ADJUSTMENTS:
recommended to assign each user a lanyard. This PPE can only be used by one person at a time. In the case of fall risk, minimize the
amount of slack in the lanyard, it is recommended that the lanyard is tight. When adjusting the length of a lanyard, it is recommended
that the user not move to a fall risk area, to avoid the risk of falling. The lanyard must not be used to form a slip knot.! If the risk
assessment carried out before the start of work shows that the edge is very sharp and/ or degraded can degrade the cable or strap: -
Appropriate measures must be taken before starting work to prevent a fall from the edge or, - install protection on the falling edge or, -
contact the manufacturer. During use, the overall system must not be in contact with: cutting elements, sharp edges and structures of
small diameter, oils, harsh chemicals, fire, hot metal, all types of electrical conductors... ■WARNING: a lanyard can only be used as an
anchor if it has been tested and certified according to the EN795 standard. (See product marking.)
(EN795) LV102XXX; LO030XXX: minimum resistance: 18kN ( textile) ■ WARNINGS: This anchoring device (EN795) will never be
directly connected to a harness. When the anchor is used as part of a fall arrest system, the user must be equipped with means for
limiting the maximum dynamic forces exerted on the user during a fall arrest, to a maximum of 6 kN. The connecting elements must be
compliant with the EN362. This anchoring device shall only be used in a PPE fall arrest system. Any other use can jeopardize the safety
of the user. The anchoring device should be used solely for personal protective equipment against falls and not for lifting equipment. ■
DONNING AND/ OR ADJUSTMENTS: The installation of the device must be made according to the instructions of the installation manual
of the device. (PART 5). The user's safety depends on the efficiency of the device installation. Follow step by step the instructions and
recommendations of the manufacturer in order to guarantee a suitable installation. Use the appropriate tools for the described actions
which do not damage the device. ■ ➪ Choose a sufficiently strong anchor structure. ≥ 18kN. The user must ensure that the support
materials in which the structural anchor devices are attached are adapted for this constraint.

above the user and the work carried out in such a way, as to minimize both the potential for falls and potential fall distance. ■ WARNINGS:
RECOMMENDATIONS: : For safety reasons and before each use, check: -that the anchorage complies to the instructions /- that the
anchorage is appropriately installed /-where applicable, the D attachment is correctly positioned. /- that the device does not show any
sign of corrosion /- that the yearly control of the device is still valid /- that the operating instructions described for each component of the
system are met /- that the connectors (EN362) are closed and locked /- that the general disposition of the work situation reduces the fall
risk, the drop height and the pendulum movement in the case of a fall. / it is essential for safety to verify the free space required beneath
the user at the workplace before each occasion of use, so that, in the case of a fall, there will be no collision with the ground or other
obstacle in the fall path. The clearance is the stopping distance H + flexible anchor line lengthening + additional safety distance of 1m.
