12. The files in the Preview folder are named by the date
and time and ends in "jpg."
13. Copy those files by selecting them and copying
them. The keyboard shortcut (command-A) marks
all the photos in a folder and the keyboard shortcut
(command-C) copies them to the computer's
clipboard.
14. Navigate to the folder where you want to save
patient pictures and paste (command-V) your
photos into place.
15. After you copy files or folders to the hard drive, it is
useful to view the hard drive to confirm that the files
are copied.
16. Do not erase photos from your memory card until
you have confirmed that you saved them on the
hard drive.
* It is recommended to save the last month of cases in two
storage locations, as a back up.
