Functions:
The boiler pressure gauge (1) with a 0 to 2.5 bar scale, displays
the boiler pressure level :
·
When the indicator is in the interval between 0 and 0.8 bar,
the machine is in its heating up stage and therefore coffee
dispensing is not recommended.
·
The interval comprised between 0.8 and 1.6 bar indicates that
the pressure and the temperature internally to the boiler are
at their ideal levels for coffee preparation.
In the event that the pressure indicated by the pressure
gauge goes up to over 2.2 bar, an automatic machine stop
device (Clixon – Fig. 6.2) immediately switches the machine
OFF (re-set it using the special plastic key).
The EP 4100 BIANCHI M coffee machine series have been
equipped with a device that automatically keeps the water
level in the boiler constant, by acting on the pump.
