Assembling the ED12

Product contains electronic components that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge
(ESD)!
If the electronic components are touched by persons or objects, this may lead to an
electrostatic discharge that could damage or destroy the device.
Observe the handling instructions and recommendations in DIN EN 61340-5-1:2001 to
avoid the risk of electrostatic discharge.
6 Assembling the ED12
NOTICE
The ED12 must always be assembled on a base plate.

Before assembly:

Make sure the relevant system part is not under voltage or
pressure.
Let the ED12 acclimate itself for several hours before
installation, otherwise water may condense in the housing.
