air, connect the 24 V DC supply voltage, and control the device with
a set point.

Screwing the ED12 onto the base plate
Insert both of the M6 x 70 screws as shown in Fig. 4 on page 46
in the four holes and tighten.
Tightening torque: 6 Nm
Connecting the supply voltage and set point
The actual value (–) and set point (–) are always connected
with 0 V in all devices.
Observe the following tables that list the plug assignments for
the three different series with integrated XPC plug, M12;
integrated X1S plug, M12; and integrated X2M socket, M12, as
well as the rectangular plug, form A in accordance with DIN EN
175301-803.
